Designed and built in Istanbul.
DRAEVA is a virtual try-on ecosystem. A photo and an outfit go in, along with how it should be worn; DRAEVA AI shows the result on the person themselves.
The same AI core powers two products: Draeva Screen in the store and Draeva Mobile in your pocket. Customers try on in store, style with their own wardrobe at home and decide with confidence.
Why we exist
The hardest moments in a clothing decision are trying on and styling. Fitting-room queues, time pressure and not having your own wardrobe in the store leave customers walking away or sending items back.

Solution
A single photo is enough. The outfit comes from the store catalog or your own wardrobe; the wearing instructions say which piece goes inside, which is worn open and which goes on top. The model dresses the person in the right layer order, in one step.
R&D · first live test, 27 September 2026
We are focused on a model that runs live on camera, preserves the real details of a garment and lowers the cost per try-on. The first prototype ran live at ~230 ms per frame on a single GPU. Collars, button plackets, seams and fit do not yet meet our quality bar; the criteria from these tests are the target for the next model.
Ecosystem
Draeva Screen meets customers in store, Draeva Mobile stays with them at home. Every store screen is an acquisition channel for the app.
01 · Core
Virtual try-on (VTON), garment taxonomy and Look Engine. It understands the garment, builds the outfit and shows it on the person.
02 · B2B · Store
The digital fitting room of a physical store. Customers pick a product on screen, see it on themselves through the camera and take the result to their phone via QR. Store dashboard and analytics included.
03 · B2C · Personal
A style assistant in your pocket: it digitizes your wardrobe, tries garments on your own photo and builds outfits from what you own, based on the weather and your plans.
Customer journey
Our principles
Better decisions mean fewer returns; making your wardrobe visible means fewer unnecessary purchases.
01
Photos are processed only for try-on and never stored for analytics. KVKK and GDPR compliant.
02
Virtual try-on is a preview; we do not promise a size guarantee.
03
We aim for equal-quality results for every size, skin tone and style.
04
We bring the technology of large chains to local boutiques for a fixed fee.
Where we are today
We built both products ourselves and took them to market.
Draeva Screen · B2B
We collected a waiting list from stores, produced the first unit and closed the first Screen sale. Manufacturer quotes for series production are under review.
Draeva Mobile · B2C
The app has reached more than 100 users; in-store marketing has started and growth continues.
Next
First, store pilots and a launch event in and around Istanbul; then a mobile launch in the UK and US, and international partners for Screen.
